RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:

To complete your return, you must first request a valid returns number.

We require your original receipt and invoice number along with reason for return.

Your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, including attached original swing tags.

When returning goods do not write or stick labels on the product packaging,
please use bag or box to return your items in.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are shipping an item over £150.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS: (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment minus shipping cost.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on receipt.
